Cancellation Policy
A $100 non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required for all appointments. This fee ensures commitment and is applied to the total cost of the second appointment. If you choose to cancel the appointment, the booking fee will be automatically forfeited and cannot be refunded. However, if you reschedule with at least one week's notice, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be applied. If you reschedule with 72 hours' notice, the fee will be $50, and with 48 hours' notice, it will be $75. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will lose the deposit and will need to provide a new deposit to rebook.
